The standard spacers are 10 – 15 – 20 – 25 and 30 cm. wide. They can also be combined together and satisfy any structural requirement.
The spacers have been made in order to optimize the fixing positioning of horizontal irons and consequently
to facilitate the positioning of the vertical irons. Important: all spacers will be mechanically coupled during the installation, so as to prevent the quarterdecks from lifting during the phase of jet.
A rapid assemblage, a simple alignment, the jet of he concrete and you obtain a monolithic insulated concrete wall , ready for inside and outside finishing.

Inside surface with vertical swallow-tailed sections or a perfect setting of the concrete and with vertical uides for the insertion of spacers.

The outside surface has vertical grooves along the hole height and shows a couple of deep grooves (5 mm) every 20 cm. The writing IntegraSpec® points out he vertical support bar of 2,5 cm.

The inserts are fused in the panel every 20 cm. In the inside part they have the track for the insertion of spacers and on the outside part they form a reinforcement bar of 2,5 cm. width , which prevents
the quarter-deck from swelling. The inserts lean one upon the other, by anchoring themselves, so as to
eliminate the phenomenon of compression.

The special panels IntegraBucks allow a quick closing of the quarter-deck. It’s sufficient to let these panels slide in the swallow-tailed sections, inside the standard panels.
